Summary:

The Marketing Specialist-Growth position will play a leadership role in aiding all marketing efforts that support the EUXXz6Y YUtwpn system and service line growth. The job requires an individual that’s organized, works well with others and is willing to jump into a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. The role will lead and coordinate a myriad of areas within the Marketing & Communications Department including both traditional and digital marketing efforts, some of which include: social media, copy-writing, ordering promotional products, graphic design, google analytics, website support, print ad placement, photography and more! As Marketing Specialist-Growth, this person is expected to help plan and coordinate certain EUXXz6Y YUtwpn events such as booth staffing for partnerships, job fairs, recruitment events, and community sponsorships and serve as training liaison for onboarding new employees with traditional media experience. The Marketing Specialist-Growth will offer experience and expertise in tradigital media in creating and implementing marketing plans across the organization to drive initiatives to support eaNnCN4 3BDVZU'G overall marketing and branding objectives.

Other Information:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing, social content creation and use of digital platforms (website, blogs, social channels, e-newsletters, etc.)

• 3+ years’ experience preferred in maintaining/managing a website or mobile app on a CMS tool

• 3+ years’ experience with traditional/digital media placement and buying

• 3+ years’ experience preferred in graphic design skills, photography or video editing

• 3+ years’ experience preferred in knowledge and understanding of CRM tools (customer relationship marketing)

• Experience in copy writing and content research for articles, blogs and newsfeed

• Proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc

• Certified in reading and analyzing Google analytics preferred

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced, changing environment

• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships

• An outgoing personality with an innate ability to connect with others in order to promote and advertise products and services

• Maintain a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance at all times

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
