About The Role

As a Web Developer, you will build, improve, and maintain websites, content management system pages, and landing pages that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with client goals. You may work on new website features, routine updates, performance improvements, integrations, or troubleshooting, depending on the assignment. Your platform experience, technical strengths, portfolio, and professional background will help determine which opportunities are relevant to you.

Work is remote and scheduled to align with U.S. Pacific Time in Los Angeles, including applicable daylight saving time changes. Applicants should be prepared to work the agreed schedule for their specific assignment. Working days, shift hours, weekly commitment, compensation, and engagement terms will be confirmed separately for each opportunity. Depending on client needs, roles may be full-time, part-time, or project-based.

Qualifications

Candidates should have demonstrated hands-on experience developing and maintaining professional websites, along with practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development. Experience with at least one relevant content management system or website platform, such as WordPress, Webflow, or an equivalent tool, is required. Applicants should clearly identify the platforms they have used and describe their level of experience.

You should understand website performance, technical SEO fundamentals, usability, accessibility, and cross-device testing. Strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, organization, and attention to detail are important. Candidates must be able to follow project requirements, work independently when needed, and provide progress updates. Professional written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup are expected, as is availability for the Pacific Time schedule agreed for an assignment.

Include links to relevant websites or work samples in your CV, explaining your specific contribution and the tools used. Applicants must also submit a 60–90 second audio or video introduction in their own voice, covering relevant experience, tools, and Pacific Time availability. Audio-only submissions are welcome.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain responsive websites, CMS pages, and landing pages using the platforms selected for each assignment. Improve page layouts, navigation, calls to action, and lead forms to support usability and conversion goals. Optimize mobile experiences, page speed, accessibility, and technical SEO fundamentals.

Connect forms, analytics, tracking, CRM platforms, and other approved integrations when required. Investigate and resolve website issues, including broken links, plugin conflicts, scripts, and integration problems. Test updates across relevant browsers and devices, document completed work, and provide clear handover instructions. Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to keep content accurate, branding consistent, and project requirements understood.
