About This Role
We’re hiring a Gen AI Engineer to build and deploy AI applications using large language models. This is an on-site role in Iselin, NJ. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with hands-on experience in generative AI engineering.
What You'll Do
• Develop applications powered by large language models using Python.
• Design and improve prompts and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Integrate vector databases to support search and retrieval.
• Fine-tune models for specific use cases.
• Deploy AI solutions and maintain the tools and processes needed to manage them in production.
• Apply MLOps practices to support reliable model deployment and ongoing updates.
What We Offer
• Base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year.
