SwdyE56sa EG8xw9jW (LPC) is a marketing and communications agency specializing in financial services, private markets and fintech. We work closely with our clients to develop and execute marketing strategies that build their brands, strengthen their market presence and support business growth.

We're a close-knit, collaborative team that brings together industry knowledge, creative thinking and hands-on execution. Our clients rely on us as an extension of their teams, which means we're involved in everything from marketing strategy and content development to digital campaigns, public relations and marketing automation.

We value people who bring ideas to the table, take ownership of their work and enjoy the variety that comes with agency life.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of marketing experience who enjoys managing campaigns, working across multiple client accounts and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You'll play an active role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing content, and coordinating client deliverables. You'll also work directly with clients and collaborate with the LPC team to turn marketing strategies into well-executed initiatives.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and bring both creative ideas and strong execution skills to the table. You should be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems and keeping projects moving without constant direction.

How You’ll Contribute

• Manage the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns for financial services, private markets and fintech clients.

• Develop, write and edit marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, website copy, landing pages and other marketing materials.

• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, contact lists, landing pages, automated workflows and nurture campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing platforms.

• Manage social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and performance tracking, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.

• Coordinate website updates, content uploads and landing page development, working with internal team members and external partners as needed.

• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Support SEO and AEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization and content recommendations.

• Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance, identifying opportunities to improve campaign results.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables and approvals across multiple client accounts, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.

• Participate in client meetings, provide project updates and follow up on action items.

• Conduct industry, competitor and market research to inform marketing strategies and content development.

• Collaborate with the LPC team to develop campaign ideas, improve processes and identify new opportunities for clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

• At least three years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B marketing or agency environment.

• Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms, including email campaigns, workflows and reporting.

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and brand voices.

• Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media channels for business audiences.

• Working knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, website content management and marketing analytics.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments and proactively identify next steps.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment.

• A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Experience in financial services, asset management or fintech marketing is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing fundamentals with curiosity, sound judgment and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• 401(k) with company matching

• Annual bonus aligned with individual and company performance

• Three weeks of paid vacation plus major U.S. holidays

• Flexible, remote work environment

• Opportunities for professional growth

• A collaborative team where your ideas and contributions matter
