About the Opportunity:

The BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ARCHITECT role is designed to drive analytical innovation and business performance improvements. This position partners closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that influence strategic decisions. The role is pivotal in advancing the organization's analytics capabilities, supporting adoption, and ensuring impact through end-to-end ownership of analytical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to business leaders, translating performance data into actionable insights.

• Lead analytical projects from discovery through deployment and adoption.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance solution development and maintenance.

• Design and maintain analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Databricks.

• Simplify processes and improve data accessibility with reusable capabilities.

• Promote business adoption through engagement and user enablement.

• Maintain data quality, validation, documentation, and reliability standards.

Requirements:

• Strong ownership and ability to independently lead initiatives.

• Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in analytics.

• Effective business partnership and communication skills.

• Organized approach to managing competing priorities.

• Curiosity and adaptability with a commitment to learning.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools.

• Familiarity with modern data architecture concepts.

• Preferred: 5+ years in business intelligence or related fields.

• Preferred: Experience leading complex analytical initiatives.

• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. This applies to candidates located within the United States.
