About the Opportunity:

The SALESFORCE SCRUM MASTER role is responsible for leading agile processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. The position facilitates team collaboration, manages sprint planning and execution, removes impediments, and communicates progress to stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining project momentum and supporting continuous improvement within agile development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog in coordination with the product owner

• Track and report on team performance, velocity, and sprint progress

• Identify and remove obstacles hindering team delivery

• Facilitate communication among development teams, stakeholders, and external partners

• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to support continuous improvement

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies related to platform and integration readiness

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Advanced Agile certification such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP

• 7 to 10 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments, including at least 3 years in Agile development

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance

• Ability to pass background check and drug test

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting salary range: $120,000 to $170,000
