We're hiring for a Social Media Lead to help build and scale the social media function from the ground up, turning strong ideas and content into engaging short-form video and social assets. This remote role involves collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and audience growth.

The Role

• Execute the social content strategy across multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on producing and editing short-form video.

• Build and manage the content operating rhythm, including calendar workflows and cross-functional coordination.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, and community stories.

• Track performance metrics like reach, watch-through, and engagement to continuously improve execution and output.

What You'll Need

• Professional experience creating content for technology, SaaS, or community-led brands with a strong grasp of platform-native engagement.

• Proficiency in video editing and production tools to quickly create polished short-form content.

• Strong operational instincts and the ability to build repeatable planning, capture, and coordination systems.
