We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in Syracuse, NY to drive campaign implementation, manage regional promotional channels, and help the team expand market engagement effectively.

You’ll take ownership across diverse projects, from developing target market analysis and refining promotional messaging to optimizing campaign timelines and tracking channel performance. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of multi-channel marketing initiatives, regional promotions, and targeted outreach programs.

• Develop compelling deck presentations, campaign briefs, and high-impact collateral packages.

• Analyze regional competitor positioning, local market shifts, and consumer behavior patterns.

• Establish and monitor comprehensive campaign schedules, launch milestones, and asset deliverables.

• Author and edit promotional communications, product announcements, and press messaging.

• Support the curation and alignment of digital channels, direct marketing assets, and brand content.

• Maintain master marketing schedules, media buyer registries, performance databases, and campaign archives.

• Analyze conversion metrics and compile detailed performance summaries for leadership reviews.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline content approval processes and meet key product launches.

• Facilitate strategy syncs, campaign debriefs, and creative brainstorming sessions.

• Oversee project task dependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks before deployment dates.

• Provide core management support for high-priority marketing campaigns and regional rollouts.
