About the Role

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to provide production support for various business-to-consumer (B2C) projects, primarily using marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

The role involves coordinating and implementing email marketing and lead nurture campaigns, managing campaign assets, monitoring performance, and keeping management informed of project progress. The specialist will work with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, investor guidelines, and applicable US laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Use marketing automation platforms to create and manage emails, landing pages, forms, and blog assets.

• Coordinate and manage email campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, list management, segmentation, and testing.

• Monitor email campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Maintain email templates and ensure marketing assets are organized and up to date.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support campaign execution.

• Communicate project updates and status reports effectively to team members and clients.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Ensure all assigned activities comply with company policies, investor guidelines, and applicable US laws.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment.

• At least 2 years of experience working with an email marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot.

• Strong understanding of email campaign management and marketing automation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working in mortgage or lending organizations.

Compensation

• Target hourly pay range of $30.00–$36.00.
