This is what we need you for

• Coordinate the submission, review, approval, and OPA management of creative assets, ensuring content moves efficiently through internal and external stakeholder processes.

• Partner with internal teams and licensing contacts to facilitate creative feedback, manage revisions, communicate licensor feedback, and support timely approvals.

• Manage creative review workflows, including routing materials for review and communicating feedback, decisions, next steps, and licensor feedback to development teams.

• Support Creative Producers in the communication of licensor feedback on iterative development milestones, ensuring alignment throughout the creative development process.

• Monitor the status of asset submissions, approvals, and project milestones; maintain accurate records; proactively address potential delays; and provide coordination and operational support through reporting, documentation, process improvements, and administrative duties as needed.

• Experience in project coordination and creative production for publishing, licensing, games, entertainment, or a related field, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working with creative assets, approval workflows, and licensed intellectual property.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to track complex workflows, approvals, and deliverables.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying challenges, developing solutions, and driving projects forward.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software, project management systems, and creative review processes.

Pay range: $70,000- $90,000 USD annually
