Graphic Designer — Greensboro, NC

eY6 eRjXm2PWN53xba is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3 – 8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, digital and print design, basic video editing and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with client account teams to create materials such as newsletters, digital ads, direct mail, website designs, logos and other materials that align with each client's goals and brand identity. Graphic Designer needs to be able to work independently, pulling in additional freelance support as needed but largely self-sufficient to accomplish a wide range of projects.

HMQ team members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, but work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at one of our offices in Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh. This position is intended as a full-time role, but HMQ is open to fewer hours/part time as long as HMQ work is prioritized.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,

• Premiere Pro and Acrobat.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides

• Video editing skills to help team members create content for social media posts

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy

• Experience designing for both print and digital media

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively
