About Skinfluence

Skinfluence is our Discord community for beauty creators who sell on TikTok Shop. It's free for creators, forever. Members get coaching, real brand deals and a room full of women building the same thing they are. The brand is pink, a little bit diva and openly ambitious. Our goal is 100,000 members by the end of 2027.

We're hiring one person to run it like it's their own company.

What you'll own

The whole community, end to end. You decide how it gets built: onboarding, rituals, events, content, tools and culture.

Turning the Skinfluence brand into an identity creators are proud to claim and would defend in someone else's comments.

Pulling our existing teams into one place for members. Coaching, tech, creator managers who run brand deal flow, assistants and operations already exist. You make them feel like one home.

Building systems so the community scales without breaking.

Hiring and leading your own team as Skinfluence grows.

How you're measured

Two numbers:

1) Retention: the percentage of members who post at least once every 30 days for at least one of our campaigns.

2) Growth: month over month increase in members.

What we're looking for

You've run an online community before and can show us the numbers it did.

You're sociable and easy to like. People open up to you fast.

You understand why people stay. You know enough behavioral psychology to explain why a creator posts on day three and disappears by day thirty, and you know what to change.

You know branding well enough to build a real identity and culture from a logo and a couple of catchphrases.

You're obsessed with giving members value they can't get anywhere else.

You build systems. If something happens twice, you automate it or write it down.

You lead with conviction and keep people focused on the goal.

Bonus points

Experience as a TikTok Shop creator or affiliate.

Experience running a Discord server with thousands of active members.

Experience in beauty, DTC or the creator economy.

Where this goes

Skinfluence is the first community you'll own. If you win here, you become CEO of all our communities, with a head of community running each one and reporting to you.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, uncapped performance pay tied to retention and growth, and an equity path after tenure and results.
