About the Opportunity:

The SERVICENOW PLATFORM DEVELOPER role is focused on building and maintaining solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. This position is responsible for hands-on configuration and development, including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions. The role contributes by applying best practices to ensure the platform remains clean, upgrade-safe, and performant, thereby supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules

• Configure workflows and use Flow Designer

• Write scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies

• Perform integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers

• Customize UI and develop Service Portal widgets

• Ensure platform extensions follow best practices for maintainability and upgrade safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum of five years hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration components

• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• Proficient in REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations

• Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts

• Service Portal widget development experience

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000 annually
