Description

This position is with the Health and Human Services Portolio and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the OPWDD applications.

Duties

• The selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle. This individual will

• Meet with Business Owners to refine business requirements.

• Design, Development, Test, and Implement the new application which includes data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparing logical database models, and creation of database objects.

• Migrate information from SharePoint in the cloud to the new system.

• Identify and escalate technical risks and issues appropriately.

• Development of technical design documents and program specifications.

• Provide technical expertise to team of developers; mentor less experienced staff.

• Production support tasks including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (10+ Years)

• Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite

• 72 months experience designing, developing, implementing, and securing multi-tiered externally facing enterprise-level web applications using on-premise Dynamics or the MS Power Platform.

• 48 months experience designing and creating customized forms, entities, views and reports in Microsoft Dynamics in the cloud.

• 48 months experience designing and creating customized Canvas Apps.

• 36 months of experience designing/developing/securing Microsoft Power Portal Apps.

• 36 months designing/developing plugins for Microsoft Dynamics.

• 36 months of experience designing/developing/securing SOAP and REST external web services.

• 36 months experience using SharePoint document Integration with Dynamics.
