Lead/Principal Product Manager, Tax Agents — United States

For our client, we are seeking a Lead/Principal Product Manager, Tax Agents to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on shaping AI-enabled product experiences that improve efficiency and quality across the tax lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to define the roadmap, translate customer needs into product direction, and drive adoption of new capabilities. The position requires a strong blend of product leadership, AI fluency, and tax domain understanding to help bring innovative solutions to market.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that enhance efficiency and quality throughout the tax lifecycle

• Take an AI-native approach to solving industry challenges through interactive product design

• Understand customer needs to define, develop, and improve product features

• Shape the product roadmap in partnership with engineering and design teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and drive adoption of new features

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on AI and agents

• 3+ years of experience in tax as a practitioner or in tax product development

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaboration

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in product launches

• Degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
