Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation Conduct interviews workshops and data analysis to collect functional and nonfunctional requirements from business stakeholders

Documentation Create and maintain clear documentation including Business Requirements Documents BRDs functional specifications process flowcharts and user stories for backlog grooming

Process Improvement Analyze current workflows identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and recommend process reengineering or automation strategies

Liaison Communication Serve as a bridge between nontechnical business units and technical development teams to clarify requirements and track progress

Testing Validation Support Quality Assurance QA and lead User Acceptance Testing UAT by creating test scripts and validating that delivered solutions meet business standards

Data Analysis Reporting Utilize reporting and visualization tools to build dashboards track Key Performance Indicators KPIs and present insights to senior leadership

Project Support Assist project managers with scope tracking risk management CIDAR items and Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
