Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Primary skill: ETL Informatica Development

• Secondary skills: Oracle and SQL

• Experience: Demonstrated extensive experience in ETL development using Informatica, Oracle, and SQL, with the expertise required to perform the responsibilities of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter or other relevant Informatica tools.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Flume, Sqoop, Zookeeper, and Oozie.

• Apply experience with Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.

• Work effectively within Agile methodology.

• Use code-versioning tools such as Bitbucket.

• Use SQL/PLSQL to extract, transform, and load data.

• Apply advanced transformations, including data transformations and parsing JSON/XML messages.

• Use job-scheduling tools such as AutoSys.

• Integrate data from various sources while ensuring data consistency and quality.

• Design and maintain data warehouses to support business intelligence activities.

• Optimize SQL scripts and queries for speed and efficiency.

• Identify and resolve issues in ETL processes.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes.

• Perform unit, integration, and system testing on ETL processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of ETL processes.

• Ensure data quality by implementing data-cleansing and transformation processes.

• Develop and maintain relational and dimensional data modelsinnovative solutions for the industry
