Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Position Summary

• Leads strategic communications about and for rdVFwV8’T clinical audiences in a mixed internal and external environment, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, clinical operations and other care teams.

• Translates complex clinical, operational and regulatory information into clear, accurate and actionable communications, and guides the team in doing the same, to support safe, high-quality care, clinical reputation, rdVFwV8’T strategic goals and team member engagement.

• Serves as a trusted communications advisor to clinical and operational leaders, supervises communications professionals and partners across the organization to deliver coordinated, audience-centered content through appropriate channels. Assists with protecting rdVFwV8’T reputation, supports issue and crisis response and ensures communications comply with HIPAA, privacy requirements and 9ShES9w brand standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

• Professional writing experience.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to rdVFwV8’T voice and work with a highly matrixed communications team to advance the system’s overall mission and brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or Journalism.

• Experience in healthcare and public relations.
