We are excited to invite applications for a Sr. Graphic Designer in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division. We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who thrives on transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences. In this role, you'll lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, promotions, and special projects across both print and digital channels. From concept to final production, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create innovative, high-quality designs that strengthen multiple brands, engage diverse audiences, and drive business results.

Our Sr. Graphic Designer will:• Design and produce creative content for marketing campaigns, promotions, brand initiatives, and special projects across print, digital, social, web, broadcast, and other channels, including adapting and preparing assets for final production.

• Develop creative concepts and visual approaches from initial briefs, objectives, and early-stage project direction, helping establish the look, feel, and creative direction that guides projects through execution.

• Collaborate with internal marketing team, creative team, and external partners to develop ideas, respond to feedback, solve creative challenges, and maintain quality and consistency.

• Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines while communicating project status and maintaining strong creative and technical standards.

• Capture on-location photography and/or video to support localized customizations, brand storytelling, campaigns, and other content needs.

• Provide design guidance, share expertise, and contribute to efficient creative processes and team best practices and stay current with design, production, and content trends and support evolving creative needs and special projects.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience; and a portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, visual storytelling, branding, and polished execution across print and digital work.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color, imagery, hierarchy, production standards, and brand systems, along with excellent organization, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

• Experience working across multiple brands and with motion graphics, video editing, photography, or multimedia design is a plus.

• A design portfolio demonstrating your skills is required to be considered for this position. Portfolio should showcase a mix of still graphics and multimedia content, demonstrating versatility across digital, social and video formats.
