About the Role

FRRzj94v is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to customize, enhance, and maintain its Salesforce platform to support staffing operations and client management teams. In this role, you will develop custom Salesforce functionality, build Apex classes and triggers, create Lightning components, configure automation flows, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of Salesforce development experience, strong knowledge of Apex and SOQL, and practical experience with REST integrations, Salesforce Flows, and the Lightning platform. A Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required. You should also be comfortable managing change requests, supporting releases, maintaining sandboxes, and helping users adopt new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to support staffing and client management workflows.

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and reusable business logic.

• Develop Lightning components and enhance Salesforce user experiences using appropriate Lightning technologies.

• Create and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Write efficient SOQL queries to retrieve, process, and manage Salesforce data.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

• Evaluate and implement change requests while minimizing disruption to existing functionality.

• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, sandbox management, and configuration updates.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain application quality and reliability.

• Follow Salesforce development best practices, including governor-limit management, secure coding, and bulkification.

• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver requested enhancements.

• Prepare technical documentation for custom functionality, integrations, and deployment procedures.

• Train and guide users on newly introduced Salesforce features and workflow improvements.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, and test classes.

• Experience with SOQL and Salesforce data models.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and business process automation.

• Knowledge of Lightning components and the Salesforce Lightning platform.

• Experience developing and troubleshooting REST API integrations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce sandbox environments, release management, and deployment processes.

• Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, testing practices, and platform development standards.

• Experience working in Agile software development teams.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
