What You Will Lead & Build

• Design and maintain core Raft consensus algorithms and lock-free ring buffer implementations.

• Profile and optimize memory layouts, CPU cache usage, and kernel socket IO.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise client architects to deploy mission-critical streaming cores.

• Perform formal verification and chaos engineering simulations on distributed clusters.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of systems programming experience in Rust, C++, or Go.

• Deep understanding of distributed consensus (Raft/Paxos), TCP/IP networking, and Linux kernel internals.

• Experience with high-throughput event systems (Kafka, Redpanda, Aeron, ClickHouse).

• Pragmatic approach to engineering: clarity, test coverage, and documentation over hype.
