We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support technology delivery initiatives. The primary focus will be Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) projects, including device deployment and related workplace transformation initiatives. The role may also support a broader portfolio of infrastructure projects spanning networking, network security, data center infrastructure, and related technology services.
The successful candidate will be a versatile infrastructure Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from initiation through closure, establish effective delivery governance, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and maintain clear communication with leadership and project stakeholders.
This role is well suited to a Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a complex enterprise environment and can move between different infrastructure technology domains rather than specializing in a single technical area.
The ideal candidate is an infrastructure Project Manager first, with strong Workplace/EUC experience, rather than an EUC technical specialist who happens to manage projects. The strongest candidate will quickly establish control of assigned projects, understand the technical delivery model without needing to be the technical authority, create clarity around ownership and dependencies, and confidently manage stakeholders to successful delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with organizational objectives and values.
• Lead assigned technology projects from initiation and planning through execution, transition, and closure.
• Manage Workplace/EUC deployments, including device rollouts, refreshes, migrations, deployment coordination, and associated end-user activities.
• Support projects across additional technology domains such as networking, network security, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resource requirements, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, technical resources, third parties, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, including regular status reporting and project reviews.
• Actively manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies through closure.
• Manage scope and identify changes requiring formal change control.
• Track project financial performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain accountability for actions, owners, and commitments.
• Proactively identify barriers to delivery and escalate when decisions, resources, or stakeholder actions are required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide executive-level reporting on project health.
• Coordinate onsite project activities as required.
• Support the organization’s mission and core values.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• No formal direct-report supervisory responsibility unless specifically assigned.
• Provide project leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, technical resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• May mentor or support less experienced Project Managers based on assignment and level.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience for Project Manager II-level consideration; additional experience preferred for Senior Project Manager candidates.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or technology deployment projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success delivering Workplace/EUC, endpoint deployment, device refresh, migration, or similar user-facing technology initiatives.
• Experience with one or more additional infrastructure domains, such as network infrastructure, network security, data center infrastructure, or infrastructure transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience working within a structured PMO or professional services environment preferred.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with project governance, lifecycle management, and delivery controls.
• Strong understanding of RAID management, change control, financial management, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple delivery workstreams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to establish ownership, manage dependencies, and drive commitments to completion.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Workplace/EUC, networking, network security, data center infrastructure, and IT service delivery concepts.
