Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner with AI

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Work Mode: 5 days onsite per week

Experience: 13+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and business users.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce business processes.

• Support the adoption of Salesforce AI solutions, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, where applicable.

• Evaluate AI-driven automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience.

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and stakeholder reviews.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and enterprise architecture.

• Track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.

• Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Analyst with product ownership responsibilities.

• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and business processes.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

• Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities, AI-driven automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or related AI capabilities.

• Experience implementing AI-powered business process automation.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Product Owner-related credentials, or AI-related certifications.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
