We're expanding our in-house creative team and seeking a talented Video Editor & AI Content Producer who combines strong professional editing skills with advanced, hands-on experience in AI video production.

AI is a major part of our creative workflow. We're looking for someone who can go beyond visually appealing AI-generated content to create realistic product demonstrations, believable human performances, and polished, production-ready advertising.

What You'll DoAI Video Production• Create photorealistic AI-generated video content for television, digital advertising, social media, and consumer product demonstrations.

• Produce realistic demonstrations of actual consumer products in use, accurately showing their functionality, physical mechanisms, and natural human interaction.

• Develop character-driven AI content featuring convincing human performances, realistic movement, natural dialogue, and accurate lip synchronization.

• Write, test, and refine advanced prompts to control camera movement, lighting, character actions, product interactions, and scene transitions.

• Maintain visual consistency across multiple shots, including characters, products, wardrobe, and environments.

• Work with AI platforms such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, Runway, and other emerging image and video generation tools.

• Identify and correct AI-generated inaccuracies, visual artifacts, continuity issues, and unnatural motion.

• Integrate AI-generated content seamlessly with traditional live-action footage and editing workflows.

Video Editing & Post-Production• Edit television commercials (:15, :30, :60, and longer-form infomercials), social advertising, product demonstrations, and promotional content.

• Create engaging commercial storytelling with strong hooks, pacing, product messaging, and calls to action.

• Produce alternate edits, cutdowns, and platform-specific versions for creative testing.

• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, product callouts, and visual effects.

• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, compositing, and final finishing.

• Prepare broadcast-ready and platform-specific deliverables.

• Maintain organized project files and collaborate with the Senior Video Editor and creative team.

What We're Looking ForProfessional Editing Experience• Minimum three years of professional video editing experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing software.

• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and related post-production tools.

• Strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and understanding of commercial advertising.

• Experience producing branded content, product videos, television commercials, or social media advertising.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, take direction, and work collaboratively in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours.

AI Production ExperienceWe're particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated experience in the following areas:

Advanced Prompting & AI Direction

Strong understanding of AI prompting, reference-based generation, character consistency, camera direction, and multi-shot scene development. Ability to troubleshoot challenging generations and refine results to professional production standards.

Realistic Product Demonstrations

Proven ability to generate realistic videos of actual consumer products being operated, handled, and demonstrated in everyday environments.

Product functionality is extremely important. We want to see accurate product details, believable physical interactions, and convincing demonstrations of how a product actually works.

We're not primarily looking for stylized product beauty shots, rotating perfume bottles, beverage cans, jars, retail packaging, or similar visualizations. We want to see real products performing real functions.

Realistic AI Characters & Performance

Experience creating photorealistic human characters with natural facial expressions, believable body movements, convincing acting, realistic dialogue, and accurate lip synchronization.

Ability to maintain character consistency and create scenes that feel professionally directed rather than obviously AI-generated.

AI Platforms & Workflows

Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, Runway, and similar platforms. Understanding of how to combine AI generation with professional editing, compositing, sound design, and post-production.
