About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (INFORMATION SECURITY) role is responsible for leading and coordinating complex information security projects across various technology teams. This position ensures the successful delivery of initiatives that identify and mitigate emerging security threats, enforce security controls, and maintain compliance. The role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's information security mission by aligning project execution with strategic goals and regulatory demands.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end management of information security technical programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate with product and technology leadership to align planning and execution with business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures and milestones.

• Maintain security portfolio workstream plans tracking tasks and activities.

• Monitor project progress and facilitate risk identification and mitigation.

• Manage dependencies across engineering teams, focusing on applications, authentication systems, and configurations.

• Coordinate with security teams to ensure compliance with governance and architectural standards.

• Serve as liaison among architecture, engineering, and product teams for alignment and transparency.

• Maintain data accuracy within project management tools to support reporting and decision-making.

• Track outcomes and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Lead communications and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of senior technical program management experience managing complex, interdependent security projects.

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries, balancing speed and compliance.

• Expertise in managing security projects across platforms including applications, endpoint security, infrastructure, networks, email security, and cloud/container environments.

• Proven ability to manage project scope, tasks, and budget from inception to completion.

• Skilled in navigating ambiguity, risk mitigation, and aligning cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently across global time zones with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
