Graphic Designer

Classical Conversations Multimedia (CCMM)

Job Type: Full Time, Salary, Exempt

Pay Rate: $40,000 – $45,000 annually

Reports to: Lead Graphic Designer

Department: Production

Location: Remote

Travel: Occasional travel, up to 2 weeks annually for the CCMM onsite meeting and other required meetings, conferences, or training

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience

• Three or more years of experience in the graphic design industry, preferably including print and digital production

• Training in print production processes (preparing files for press, communicating with prepress)

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Quality Craftsmanship: Complete CCMM products on time with 95% accuracy on first submission

• Brand Consistency: Uphold the CCMM visual style guide and communicate brand standards clearly to the team

• Dependable Delivery: Meet tight deadlines without ever compromising quality

• Skilled Production: Prepare finished copy and art for delivery in the correct medium, electronic or print, to industry standard

• Thoughtful Revisions: Respond to design revision requests promptly and apply feedback with care

• Reliable Follow-Through: Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects with steady, consistent effort

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Project Development team to refine and streamline department workflows

• Team Engagement: Attend weekly touchpoints and complete a personal scorecard each month

• Stakeholder Trust: Earn high satisfaction ratings from stakeholders on the quality of your design work

Physical Demands

Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). Color vision is required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
