About dwQexhV4G mJNAPK2tn Ea years, Cvbnqzdgg rdSprs has helped shape culture through design, storytelling, and innovation. Our work spans film, television, entertainment, brands, and technology, creating iconic identities, campaigns, and experiences that connect with audiences around the world.

Today, we're expanding our capabilities, deepening our partnerships, and reimagining how a creative studio works.

The OpportunityGreat Producers don't just deliver great work. They help shape what great work can become. We're looking for an exceptional Managing Producer to help shape the next chapter of Cvbnqzdgg rdSprs.

We believe producing begins long before the work is made. It's about understanding a client's ambition, shaping the opportunity, bringing together creative talent and business judgment, and creating the conditions for extraordinary work to happen.

You'll lead our Producing function, oversee studio-wide capacity planning and resourcing, develop talented people, and partner closely with our leadership team to shape how we work.

This is a role for someone who sees beyond individual projects and wants to make a meaningful impact on an entire creative business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll help balance creative ambition, client success, and business performance.

Above all, we're looking for someone who makes the business better, not more complicated.

What You'll Lead1. Shape Opportunities From the Outset

Lead selected client discovery and intake conversations, partnering with our Executive Producer and Creative Directors to turn ambitious ideas into clearly defined engagements.

Help shape scopes, budgets, schedules, and commitments that set both our clients and creative teams up for success.

2. Build an Exceptional Producing Team

Lead, coach, and develop our Producers, building stronger judgment, confidence, accountability, and client relationships.

Create a culture where people anticipate challenges, take ownership, and make thoughtful decisions independently.

3. Provide Active Project Leadership & Oversight

Maintain regular visibility across active projects, working closely with Producers at critical milestones to assess progress, challenge assumptions, and ensure plans remain aligned with creative, client, and financial commitments.

Provide hands-on guidance as Producers navigate complex decisions, shifting priorities, and evolving client expectations. Identify emerging risks early, help resolve issues before they escalate, and ensure teams are thinking several steps ahead.

Establish a consistent rhythm of project and financial reviews to support informed decision-making and strengthen accountability without taking ownership away from individual Producers.

4. Connect Creative Ambition With Business Judgment

Look beyond individual projects to understand the performance and priorities of the studio.

Champion sound financial judgment, proactive planning, and clear accountability while protecting the creative ambition that defines our work.

5. Lead Capacity Planning & Resourcing

Oversee studio-wide capacity planning and resourcing, aligning talent, capabilities, and project commitments with business priorities.

Partner with Creative leadership and our Executive Producer to anticipate demand, assess upcoming opportunities, identify potential bottlenecks, and make informed decisions about what the studio can responsibly take on.

Ensure we have the right talent and capacity in place to deliver exceptional work, balancing current commitments with future opportunities.

6. Build Smarter Ways of Working

Challenge established practices, simplify complexity, and introduce better approaches to planning, collaboration, financial oversight and decision-making.

Embrace emerging technologies, including AI, where they can meaningfully improve how we work.

Build systems people use, not processes that exist for their own sake.

Who You AreYou may already lead a Producing function, or you may be an accomplished senior Producer ready to take on broader leadership. What matters most is your judgment, experience, and ability to make the people and business around you better.

• You've led and developed people, not just managed projects.

• You understand the art and business of creative producing, from early client conversations through exceptional delivery.

• You bring strong financial judgment and experience with scoping, budgeting, and resource management.

• You've earned the confidence of ambitious creative talent and can challenge constructively.

• You've improved how teams or businesses operate, and can demonstrate the impact.

• You're a builder who brings clarity to complexity, makes difficult decisions, and inspires others to do their best work.

Experience in design, advertising, entertainment, branding, motion design, or adjacent creative industries is valuable. We're more interested in what you've accomplished than the title you've held.
