Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across 4Pn ABXYs’n memorial, architectural, and digital product offerings. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and market analysis through design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. The CPO collaborates with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customer service, to align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. Daily responsibilities include prioritizing product portfolios, defining performance metrics, managing product budgets, and guiding teams in translating customer and market insights into scalable solutions. The CPO also mentors product leaders, introduces best practices and tools, and ensures that all product decisions support sustainable growth, brand integrity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including defining product vision, roadmaps, and performance targets.

• Strong Project Management skills, with experience coordinating complex, multi-phase initiatives and delivering products on time and within budget.

• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing diverse product teams and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

• Experience in Cross-functional Team Leadership, effectively partnering with operations, sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing to drive product success.

• Extensive experience in senior product or executive roles, ideally within manufacturing, construction materials, or design-focused industries.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and financial metrics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex product strategies in a clear and concise manner.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.

• Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-management, digital collaboration skills, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork.
