Growth Hacker at EQBdKrsmW

We are seeking a Growth Hacker to identify and test creative strategies that drive rapid growth across the acquisition and engagement funnel. This role is for a resourceful, analytically minded professional who is energized by experimentation and motivated by finding scalable growth levers beyond conventional marketing playbooks.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and run growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention funnel stages.

- Research and test unconventional growth tactics including viral mechanics, referral programs, and product-led strategies.

- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments.

- Execute campaigns across multiple channels and iterate rapidly based on performance data.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement technical experiments and automation scripts.

- Document experiment results and contribute to a shared knowledge base of growth learnings.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role.

- Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate or invalidate growth hypotheses.

- Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills.

- Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts.

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing, failing, and iterating.
