Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager — United States

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing programs across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate networks such as ••••••••, FlexOffers, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Awin, and other CPA/CPL networks.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands affiliate marketing from A to Z and can independently manage existing programs, recruit high-quality publishers, build strategic partnerships, and consistently drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities• Manage and optimize affiliate programs across ••••••••, FlexOffers, and other affiliate networks.

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners.

• Develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategies focused on generating qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.

• Identify new affiliate networks, publisher opportunities, and partnership channels.

• Negotiate CPA, CPL, revenue-share, and other performance-based commission structures.

• Manage affiliate tracking, attribution, postbacks, conversion validation, and reporting.

• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI, and profitability.

• Detect and prevent affiliate fraud, duplicate leads, invalid conversions, and noncompliant traffic.

• Develop promotional campaigns, affiliate offers, landing-page recommendations, and publisher incentives.

• Coordinate with internal marketing, development, design, and content teams.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Take full ownership of affiliate program performance, growth, and scalability.

Requirements• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate program management.

• Demonstrated experience managing ••••••••, FlexOffers, or comparable affiliate networks.

• Strong existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and affiliate networks.

• Proven track record of recruiting publishers and generating profitable affiliate conversions.

• Excellent understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, revenue-sharing, attribution, and conversion tracking.

• Hands-on knowledge of server-to-server (S2S) postbacks, tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and affiliate reporting.

• Experience identifying affiliate fraud and optimizing traffic quality.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple brands, and deliver results without constant supervision.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate programs targeting the United States.

• Background in lead generation, automotive, transportation, insurance, finance, or other competitive performance-marketing industries.

• Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs from scratch.

• Existing network of active publishers capable of generating qualified traffic and leads.
