Who We Are

P&C ArZvtK3dFXH5TE is a San Francisco–based, equity-first agency with over 30 years of experience advancing inclusive, community-centered strategies. We are culturally fluent storytellers who integrate public relations, creative services, and public engagement to deliver transformative communication programs for clients in both the public and private sectors—including government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies.

Our work focuses on meeting people where they are—developing strategies that reflect community voices and promote equitable outcomes. From expanding transportation access and affordable housing to raising awareness about environmental resilience to healthcare access and educational equity, we address the barriers impacting low-income residents and communities of color.

With deep cultural competency and a strong understanding of diverse social landscapes, we specialize in social impact sectors such as healthcare, housing, transportation, and education. Partnering with government agencies, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and socially responsible companies, we design inclusive, community-centered campaigns that foster trust, build lasting connections, and drive meaningful, measurable change.

What You Will Be Doing: Creating a More Just and Equitable Society

As a wA4gCVavKNgpZ5 3xaPvb8, you serve as the heartbeat of our projects, acting as the critical bridge between high-level strategy and operational excellence. In our equity-first agency, your role is defined by proactive stewardship: you are the engine that keeps complex workstreams moving with precision, integrity, and foresight. You do not simply manage tasks; you own the project lifecycle, ensuring that budgets, timelines, and deliverables are handled with the rigor required to honor our commitments to clients and the communities we serve.

Because our projects are focused on reaching people where they are, you ensure that every tactic is inclusive of the diverse fabric of our community. We partner with community groups and city departments to address systemic barriers—from mobility, transportation access, and affordable housing to environmental resilience and public policy initiatives—to benefit underserved communities and communities of color.

You are a 'thinker-doer' who executes these strategies through an equity lens. Whether you are synthesizing complex data into clear narratives, orchestrating multi-stakeholder engagements through focus groups, town halls, and surveys, or mentoring junior associates, your work is grounded in the belief that effective communication is a powerful tool for social impact. By anticipating project needs, surfacing risks early, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to operational accuracy, you create the stability that allows our Senior Leads to focus on strategy and our clients to feel confident that their vision is in capable, thoughtful hands.

Who You Are

You are a high-capacity manager who runs toward complexity rather than away from it.

You are:

• A structured project manager who maintains airtight task management across all workstreams. Asana is your core management system.

• A clear, confident communicator who can synthesize data into sharp Key Findings reports and present them with authority.

• A skilled deck builder who turns strategic thinking into polished, client-ready presentations without heavy creative direction.

• A self-starter who anticipates what's needed next and executes before being asked. You protect the Senior Lead's bandwidth.

• A project owner who can manage vendor relationships, coordinate media placements, and track performance against campaign goals.

Resilient and adaptable. You treat shifting priorities as puzzles to solve, not crises to manage. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can seamlessly switch between multiple accounts, diverse industries, and competing project demands. This role requires the stamina to pivot fluidly between internal operations, high-stakes client meetings, and community engagement without sacrificing focus or precision.
