How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping organize brand messaging strategies from initial planning through to completion

• Maintaining communications schedules, editorial calendars and media trackers

• Liaising with media partners, campaign leads and internal departments on press requirements

• Preparing press releases, briefing notes and internal communications documentation

• Monitoring campaign outreach activity and flagging potential messaging gaps

• Coordinating creative assets and supporting day-to-day media delivery

• Assisting senior communications managers with campaign reviews and coverage updates

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in communications support, marketing, administration or public relations

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Confidence communicating with journalists, colleagues and clients

• Ability to manage several press releases without losing track of launch deadlines

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or communications management tools

• A practical approach to solving media challenges and following through on daily tasks
