About the Opportunity:

The LEAD DATA ANALYST role is central to managing and optimizing incentive programs within the global Customer Success team. This position focuses on developing incentives strategy, managing variable compensation, and delivering actionable insights that influence key decision-making. The role supports internal leadership and customer-facing teams by improving visibility and effectiveness of incentive programs, directly impacting performance alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage incentives strategy and variable compensation.

• Create and deliver accurate reports on various incentive programs and compensation.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights.

• Collaborate with executives, Customer Success teams, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of incentive programs.

• Track key incentive KPIs and understand performance drivers.

• Support ongoing planning and execution of incentive initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy and operations relevant to Incentive Compensation, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis.

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.

• Advanced skills in SQL and experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake.

• Expertise in MS Office Suite, Google Apps, ••••••••, HubSpot CRM, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Ability to clean and integrate complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual Cash Compensation Range: $129,200—$206,700 USD.
