About The Role

We are seeking a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design that reflects our brand and connects with target audiences across the US and international markets. Reporting directly to the Director of Packaging Design, you will drive graphic language and strategy across product lines, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables while adapting designs for regional markets. This role requires close collaboration with other designers, regional teams, and production teams to develop packaging solutions that are visually compelling and strategically sound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.

• 10+ years of professional design experience, specifically in print and/or packaging.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typographic skills, layout, and print design.

• Proficiency in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.

• Preferred proficiency in Keyshot or another 3D visualization tool.

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, dieline/structural design, and color management.

• Familiarity with regulatory and labeling requirements relevant to the industry, including international/regional standards.

• Experience collaborating with regional or international teams to localize design work is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Creative thinker capable of managing projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions from initial concept through final production files for domestic and international markets.

• Create compelling designs and layouts that align with brand identity, consumer expectations, and shelf impact, while staying current on industry trends and emerging techniques.

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate on shelf across global markets.

• Collaborate with regional teams to design location-specific packaging and collateral, adapting layouts, imagery, and messaging to meet local preferences, languages, and regulatory requirements while maintaining global brand consistency.

• Prepare and manage production files, including dielines, finishes, color, and print specifications, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards across printers and regional production capabilities.

• Oversee the production process, including reviewing proofs and attending press checks to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

• Partner with production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams—domestic and international—to ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.

• Present concepts and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders.

• Communicate with printers and packaging vendors to troubleshoot production issues and ensure design intent is accurately translated to the final product.

• Manage feedback loops, incorporating timely and thoughtful adjustments based on team input, regional stakeholder feedback, and consumer insights.

• Maintain timelines, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including parallel regional workstreams, with high attention to detail.

Benefits

• Competitive salary and equity compensation for full-time roles.

• Unlimited paid time off (PTO), company holidays, and quarterly mental health days.

• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and parental leave.

• Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).

• 401(k) benefits with employer matching contributions.

• Offsite team retreats to foster collaboration and culture.
