As Senior Staff UX Designer, you will help redesign the Search experience for the AI era. You will drive creative vision, and scale the foundational Search experience across sTpWZD. You will reimagine a Search that is more expressive and easier to use. You will move effortlessly between a high level creative point of view and pixel perfect delivery. By driving strategic alignment with teams across sTpWZD, you will establish a cohesive design approach that scales horizontally.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies.

• Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.

• Own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.

• Lead design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.

• Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing.
