AI Low-Code Developer

The AI Low-Code Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting innovative AI solutions primarily using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, AI Champions, and cross-functional IT teams, the role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and maintainable AI agents and automated workflows that support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement medium-complexity AI agents and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other approved Power Platform technologies.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, configuring AI agent instructions, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, and automated workflows.

• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security standards, architectural guidelines, and technical integration requirements.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

• Design and execute functional, integration, and regression testing, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with relevant stakeholders.

• Manage technical reviews and deployments across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring solution quality and reliability.

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot incidents, monitor solution performance, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.

• Collaborate with AI Champions, business stakeholders, and IT teams, maintaining technical documentation and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI agents or business automation solutions using low-code platforms.

• Required: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or comparable low-code technologies.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform environments, connectors, solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, enterprise data integrations, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Experience with solution testing, deployment, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Nice to have: Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio certifications, knowledge of shipping or logistics, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

LOCATION

• Full-time, hybrid position based in Orlando, FL (Florida, USA).
