About the Opportunity:

The SCRUM MASTER role is designed to lead and facilitate Agile teams in delivering technology and business solutions efficiently. This position ensures teams adhere to Scrum practices, remain unblocked, and continuously improve, thereby contributing to effective project execution and alignment with strategic objectives. The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration, managing dependencies, and supporting multiple teams concurrently in a scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile execution using Scrum principles and ceremonies

• Support multiple Scrum teams in Agile best practices

• Coordinate project planning and resource management

• Identify and resolve team impediments and conflicts

• Track and communicate sprint metrics and delivery status

• Promote accountability, feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Align sprint goals with organizational priorities alongside Product Owners

• Manage cross-team dependencies and risks

• Foster safe and high-performing team environments

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in insurance or financial services sectors

• Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams concurrently

• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills

• Scrum Master Certification

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

• SAFe certification (SAFe SM or SAFe Agilist)

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base pay ranges from $91,400 to $121,800, determined by factors including market rates, responsibilities, and skills
