The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who excels at taking ownership of the post-production pipeline. Working closely with an internal production team, you will drive projects from raw footage to polished, high-impact deliverables. Whether you are crafting engaging social media reels, developing sleek motion graphics, or editing comprehensive instructional series, your work will directly support organizational goals and elevate the brand’s visual storytelling. This is a collaborative, project-based contract role where your technical skills and creative vision will shine daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video and audio footage into polished, engaging final content across educational, public-sector, and promotional formats.

• Design and animate dynamic motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, callouts, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Utilize advanced post-production tools to incorporate screen captures, animated interfaces, rotoscoping, and green screen keying.

• Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio mixing, noise reduction, and sound design to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Repurpose long-form content into highly optimized, short-form assets tailored for modern digital and social media platforms.

• Manage project files, media assets, and final deliverables efficiently, adhering to established workflows and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate proactively with producers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback through multiple rounds of review.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

• Strong, hands-on proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Proficiency with After Effects and DaVinci Resolve Fusion, with a proven ability to create custom animations and visual elements.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and narrative video editing capabilities.

• Proven experience with green screen keying, screen recordings, and animated callouts.

• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and export settings.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing educational, instructional, government, or corporate video content.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted video editing, animation, or production tools.
