The Role

Great craftsmanship is in the details, and so is great email. As our Specialist, Retention Marketing, you'll bring our lifecycle program to life in Klaviyo: building, proofing and sending the email and SMS campaigns and flows that keep our clients coming back. If you take pride in a flawless send and love seeing a test pay off, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build, proof and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo against our campaign calendar.

• Build and maintain flows (welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP), and QA every send before it goes out.

• Execute segmentation and suppression based on our retention strategy.

• Set up, document and track A/B tests.

• Monitor deliverability (bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribes) and keep our list clean.

• Produce our weekly lifecycle report.

• Support new programs, including client segment migration and our Salesforce, Data 360 and Klaviyo integration.

• Work with creative and E-commerce on assets, product feeds and site content.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on email and SMS marketing execution, including Klaviyo.

• A sharp eye for detail and a disciplined QA process.

• Working knowledge of segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability and consent.

• Comfort with A/B testing and basic reporting.

• Strong organization and the ability to work precisely to a calendar and written logic.

• Clear written communication.

Nice to Have

• Klaviyo certification.

• Basic HTML and email template skills.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in our Dallas office (Dragon Street), with 3 days a week in the office.
