Administer Linux systems and on-premises infrastructure, handling provisioning, patching, upgrades, kernel updates, and lifecycle management. Enhance reliability by owning monitoring, supporting incidents, maintaining clear documentation, and improving processes through automation and cross-team collaboration with development, cybersecurity, networking, and operations.

Key Duties

• Provision and maintain Linux systems and on-premises infrastructure

• Perform patching, upgrades, and kernel updates; manage system lifecycle

• Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot operational issues

• Document infrastructure and workflows; drive automation improvements

• Manage NFSv4 and Kerberos-based file access

• Administer storage services, database backups, and virtualization

• Collaborate with related engineering and operations teams to improve stability and security
