About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR WEBSITE MANAGER, ••••••••, will lead the strategic planning and execution for a key website that introduces developers, platform teams, and enterprise buyers to the organization. This role drives the site's performance strategy aligned with business goals, coordinates cross-functional efforts for product launches, and ensures content coherence and optimization. The position is critical for enhancing user engagement, supporting pipeline growth, and improving the website’s impact on the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a performance-based strategy and quarterly roadmap for the website.

• Align marketing leadership and partners with the website's strategic objectives.

• Set and manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize business outcomes.

• Oversee launch page production for product releases and events.

• Guide information architecture and content governance for brand consistency and searchability.

• Represent content contributors in content management system development and AI workflow integration.

• Collaborate with localization managers to share insights between English and localized sites.

• Define and report site success metrics to marketing leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience managing strategy for a high-traffic B2B SaaS website with multiple audiences.

• Proven success in leading experimentation programs that improve conversion or pipeline.

• Experience coordinating website launches across multiple teams.

• Ability to translate analytics and test results into clear priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills to lead through influence and partnership.

• Technical understanding of websites and content management systems.

• Interest and experience in applying AI to content or web workflows.

• Clear, concise written communication suited to a remote, handbook-driven culture.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• United States Salary Range $104,800 to $176,400 USD, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits.
