In this role, you’ll combine artistic talent with strategic insight to craft compelling documents and reports that resonate with our clients and help us win business.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and Design Proposals: Collaborate with team members to draft and design proposals that clearly communicate the value Bpjxdz zvt brings to our clients. Ensure proposals are visually appealing, persuasive, and align with client needs and expectations.

• Create Impressive Reports and Presentations: Design and create visually stunning reports that highlight project performance, results, and key insights for clients. Develop impactful client presentations that tell a compelling story and communicate the success of our efforts.

• Ensure Quality and Consistency: Assist with creating wrap-up reports and post-project summaries that provide clients with clear takeaways and next steps. Maintain a high standard for quality and creativity in all client-facing documents.

• Write Clear and Concise Messaging: Draft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for various purposes, including proposals, hiring materials, and client-facing communications. Ensure that all written materials effectively communicate key messages in a way that is easy for the target audience to understand and act upon.

In this position, you will work closely with the client management and production teams to ensure proposals, reports, and presentations are aligned with client goals and expectations. You will be able to contribute creative ideas to continuously improve our work's visual and narrative quality.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in creative communications, marketing, or graphic design with a strong focus on proposal writing, report creation, and client presentations.

• Experience in working with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and creating polished, visually appealing documents.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging proposals, reports, and other communications.

• Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex information into digestible, visually appealing content.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in design and messaging.

• Highly creative, with a passion for producing high-quality work that stands out.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
