🚨Senior Software Engineer (AI Native) | Senior Level

📍 Austin, TX | Hybrid

This is an opportunity to own real surface area on a systems team building software where reliability, security, and predictable performance are hard requirements, not nice-to-haves. You'd be architecting and shipping production services end to end and helping shape how the team uses AI-assisted development tooling.

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test and maintain backend services, APIs and systems-level software in Rust, owning your portion of the stack from design through deployment and ongoing operation.

• Make and document architectural decisions, weighing maintainability, performance, scalability, security and operational complexity.

• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools to move faster while independently reviewing, testing and fully owning the resulting code.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 6+ years building and delivering backend or systems software, including ownership of production services.

• Advanced Rust, or deep systems programming in C, C++ or Go with demonstrated professional Rust work.

• Strong Linux distributed and concurrent systems, and performance optimization background, plus working proficiency in C++ and Python.

• Cryptography, cybersecurity or networking experience is a plus.
