Digital Platform Developer — Grove City, OH

Position Overview:

The Digital Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining digital business solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance the user experience, and support ejJjVD-s9fgT2t'N digital transformation initiatives. This role utilizes Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and custom development technologies to create scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications that streamline business processes and support organizational growth.

The Digital Platform Developer works closely with business leaders, IT teams, and end users to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance development priorities, application performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain digital business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and custom development technologies.

• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and custom applications to automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain APIs, system integrations, connectors, and data flows to ensure reliable communication between enterprise applications and digital platforms.

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver applications aligned with business objectives.

• Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications.

• Troubleshoot application defects, integration issues, and performance concerns to ensure system reliability and minimize business disruptions.

• Perform application testing, code reviews, and deployment activities while maintaining established development, documentation, and security standards.

• Monitor application performance, user feedback, and support trends to identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, development tools, and automation opportunities to improve digital capabilities and support long-term business needs.

• Support digital transformation initiatives, strategic projects, and other application development responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in application development, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, systems integration, or related software development technologies preferred.

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, data integration, and custom application development.

• Experience with programming languages and development technologies such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, REST APIs, and Python preferred.

• Knowledge of software development principles, application architecture, testing methodologies, and security best practices.

• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
