AI Product Lead | Conversational AI

We're looking for a technically curious AI Product Lead to help build the next generation of conversational experiences across voice, messaging, and AI-powered customer interactions.

This is a great role for someone who lives somewhere between product, AI, engineering, and customer experience. You don't need to code, but you should understand technology well enough to challenge engineers, experiment with new AI tools, and turn ambitious ideas into products that actually work at scale.

What You'll Do

• Shape conversational AI experiences across voice, SMS, and digital messaging

• Experiment with LLMs, generative AI, agents, and emerging AI tools

• Turn business ideas into product requirements, conversation flows, and technical requirements

• Partner closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, platform constraints, and architecture

• Prototype, test, evaluate, and improve AI-powered customer experiences

• Work across product, engineering, data, design, and business teams

• Help determine what's actually worth building next

• What We're Looking For

• 7+ years across product, conversational AI, digital experiences, conversation design, or technical business analysis

• Hands-on exposure to chatbots, voice AI, IVR, messaging, or conversational platforms

• Someone who already uses LLMs and AI tools regularly, not someone just starting to learn them

• Strong enough technically to hold your own with engineering teams

• Experience translating messy ideas into products and experiences that can actually be built

• Great communicator who is comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing new ideas to the table

• SMS/RCS or omnichannel messaging

• LLM evaluation and experimentation

• APIs and complex integrations

• Experience building products at large consumer technology companies

• Regulated or enterprise environments
