About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented English Copywriter to bring our campaigns, products, and trading opportunities to life. You will transform marketing briefs and complex cryptocurrency concepts into compelling ideas and engaging copy, from attention-grabbing headlines to persuasive calls to action.

You will play a key role in developing creative campaign concepts, identifying messaging angles that resonate with our target audiences, and adapting content across multiple marketing channels while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and consistency with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concise, impactful, and engaging marketing copy for promotional campaigns, trading events, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Brainstorm creative campaign concepts, catchy headlines, taglines, and persuasive messaging to capture attention and drive user engagement and conversions.

• Translate cryptocurrency market trends, product features, and trading opportunities into clear, accessible, and compelling marketing messages.

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive campaign messaging while maintaining brand consistency, accuracy, and content quality.

• Create and adapt marketing content across multiple channels, including in-app banners, push notifications, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and landing pages.

Requirements

• Excellent command of written English, with strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Proven ability to produce concise, creative, and impactful marketing copy that captures attention and drives engagement.

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a talent for developing fresh campaign concepts, memorable headlines, and persuasive messaging.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and brand voice.

• Good understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto market, with the ability to communicate complex industry concepts clearly and accurately.

Writing Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short creative writing assessment based on a campaign brief. The assessment is designed to evaluate how candidates develop creative concepts and adapt messaging across different marketing formats.

The assessment may include:

• Proposing two or three distinct campaign angles and briefly explaining the target audience insights behind each.

• Developing a headline, tagline, or slogan for the selected campaign concept.

• Writing concise marketing copy for a banner, push notification, or social media post, including a clear call to action.

• Adapting the same campaign concept for a different target audience or marketing channel.

• Refining an existing headline or marketing message to improve clarity, originality, and accuracy.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Creativity, originality, and relevance of campaign concepts.

• Ability to translate ideas into memorable and impactful marketing copy.

• Understanding of target audiences and desired user actions.

• Consistency across different content formats and awareness of channel-specific requirements.

• Clarity, accuracy, and sound judgment when communicating cryptocurrency products and trading opportunities.
