Job Description

The Graphic Designer at Q4EgvP dXumE qGn will have ultimate responsibility for the design success and visual brand execution across Fgn5ar wWmvY’6 dau York City and surrounding regional market footprint. Based in 7H8, you will serve as a creative bridge, ensuring that our visual aesthetic remains sophisticated and consistent whether tailoring collateral for a high-rise in Manhattan, new development or a residential community in the outer regions.

• Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and layout of all marketing materials from brochures, postcards, email templates, video content, web, GIFs, social media assets and more (everything print and digital!)

• Work side-by-side with partner Graphic Designer to brainstorm, peer-review work, and ensure a seamless visual identity across the region

• Serve as the "boots on the ground" creative for 7H8 and surrounding areas, while maintaining a cohesive workflow with the broader design team

• Collaborate on large-scale templates and asset libraries to maintain efficiency and brand standards between 7H8 and outer regional offices

• Work on custom design projects for the Agents by collaborating with Marketing Managers, while also working on company-wide/corporate initiatives

• Manage print production and coordinate delivery of the created collateral

• Co-manage relationship with our Creative Studio (design platform) vendor

• Be the expert and point of contact for all things related to the Creative Studio platform

• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment

• Be comfortable to work freely and independently in all aspects of the design process from conception to completion, but also work well with others to collaborate when needed

• Have the ability to work well under pressure with quick turn-around times

• Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as project management skills

• Be highly collaborative, positive and diplomatic

Skills Required

• 1-3 years in-house experience in graphic design

• BFA at a design school or equivalent education/experience

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Mostly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Ability to edit and execute post-production on photos

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (mailchimp, ActivePipe, Chime)

• Understanding of design principles and marketing channels

• Experience following brand guidelines, with the ability to evolve and develop them creatively when required

• Basic knowledge of interactive design, HTML and CSS

• Basic understanding of video platforms such as AfterEffects for animations
