Your Role

The Specialist, AI & Organic Search plays an integral role in analyzing search trends, evaluating performance data, and partnering directly with the Manager to shape and execute the organic search and AI discovery roadmap for gmuPNHCb’C wCDaQH & PINK brands.

This role bridges analytical rigor and strategic planning across traditional search engines and emerging conversational AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Rather than purely executing technical configurations, you will evaluate traffic patterns, uncover visibility gaps, support strategic roadmap initiatives across core merchandising categories (Bras, Panties, Sleep, Swim, Beauty), and deliver actionable performance narratives to cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Impact

• Manage planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns, including keyword analysis and meta data optimization, and support for content creation and local search listings

• Partner closely with the Manager to translate broader search and AI discovery strategies into prioritized roadmap milestones and deliverables

• Analyze organic traffic trends, category demand shifts, and market share across key retail peaks and promotional moments

• Monitor and evaluate brand visibility, citation frequency, and recommendation share across conversational AI engines, assistants, and AI-powered search experiences

• Conduct recurring category and landing page analyses across core lines (Bras, Panties, Sleep, Swim, Beauty) to identify intent gaps and discoverability opportunities

• Own recurring weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reporting, translating raw search and discovery data into actionable, executive-ready insights

• Track macro algorithm updates and emerging generative search behaviors, delivering timely impact assessments and strategic pivot recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute day-to-day tactical website updates, and drive growth by following the SEO roadmap

• Build data-driven presentation decks and business cases to help cross-functional partners understand search intent and demand curves

• Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, identify new and emerging search marketing opportunities, and influence innovation

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00

Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in organic search, digital analytics, performance marketing, or digital strategy—ideally within an e-commerce, multi-category retail, or agency environment

• Strong understanding of search engine ranking principles and an active curiosity about how Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational interfaces impact digital discovery

• Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen

• Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution

• Demonstrated track record of partnering effectively with a manager or senior lead to plan, prioritize, and manage ongoing project roadmaps and cross-functional workflows

• Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.

• Occasional travel involved

• This role is hybrid based in either our Reynoldsburg, OH (Columbus area) or New York, NY offices
