Junior Graphic Designer — Charlotte, NC

About the Role: Our financial services client is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creation of presentations, reports, marketing materials, and email communications for both U.S. and international audiences.

Assets include: PowerPoint presentations, email templates, one pagers, event materials, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update PowerPoint presentations

• Design reports and marketing materials

• Develop executive-level and condensed case study content

• Support event presentations and visual communications

• Create and maintain Outlook email invitation templates (OFT files)

• Partner with stakeholders across global teams

• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite

• Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office experience

• Experience with desktop publishing and document layout design

• Familiarity with Figma

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Available to start quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting financial services, investment, retirement, or related industries
