Senior ServiceNow Developer — Washington, DC

Job Summary (Senior ServiceNow Developer)

• Enhance, develop, and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform

• Administer and develop ServiceNow instances, including ownership or co-ownership responsibilities.

• Design and configure ServiceNow platform components such as Forms, Lists, Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Update Sets.

• Develop and maintain custom scripts using advanced JavaScript within ServiceNow.

• Implement REST and SOAP API integrations with ServiceNow.

• Develop Service Catalog items, workflows (Flow Designer), approval processes, and automate task routing.

• Support and optimize enterprise ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.

• Ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and recommend improvements.

• (Preferred) Work with ITSM, HRSD, S2P, ITAM, CSM, SecOps modules, Integration Hub, and data imports.

• (Preferred) Apply experience gained from public sector, K-12 education, or government environments.
